About – The Day Dream

The Day Dream is a theatre group founded by Aridhi Anderson in New Delhi in 2015, expanded to Melbourne in 2016. We exist to tell great stories, and we do this by performing original scripts as well as by adapting and performing well-loved stories from the public domain. We have performed plays based on works by William Shakespeare, Anton Chekhov, Oscar Wilde, Franz Kafka, Mark Twain, Guy de Maupassant, Kate Chopin, Banjo Paterson, and the brothers Grimm, among others. We also regularly conduct actor training workshops in New Delhi and Melbourne.
